How long has Ranger Roofing been in business?
Ranger Roofing has served Palm Beach County since 1986, 40 years. Our office is in Mangonia Park.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Ranger Roofing Corporation holds Florida roofing contractor license CCC1326153 and carries general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Ask us for a certificate of insurance for your HOA or property manager.
What areas do you serve?

Do you offer free roof estimates?
Yes. Every estimate and roof evaluation is free and carries no obligation. You get an estimate before any work starts.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. If you reach voicemail, leave a message and we call back as soon as we finish the call we are on.
Repairs and storm damage
How do I know if my roof needs a repair or a full replacement?
If the damage is localized, a few lifted tiles, a small leak around a vent or a section of missing shingles, a repair is usually the right call. If the roof is near the end of its life or leaking in several places, replacement is often the better investment. Our free evaluation gives you a straight answer either way.
What should I do if my roof starts leaking during a storm?
Move belongings, put down a bucket and stay off the roof. Wet roofs are dangerous. Once the weather clears, call us and we will get someone out to look at it.
What are the signs of roof damage?
Water stains on ceilings, granules in gutters, lifted or cracked tiles, missing shingles, sagging areas and daylight in the attic all mean the roof needs a look.
Do you help with insurance claims for storm damage?
We provide a detailed damage assessment and documentation to help with the claims process with your insurance company. We do not act as your adjuster or public adjuster.
Replacement and materials
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements in Palm Beach County take a few days once materials and permits are in hand, depending on the size of the home and the system you choose. You get the schedule before the crew arrives.
What roofing materials do you install?
Tile, architectural shingle, standing seam metal and flat or low-slope membrane systems, from manufacturers including Boral, Eagle, GAF, Tamko, CertainTeed, IKO and Crown Roof Tiles.
Which material is best for Florida hurricane conditions?
Standing seam metal has the highest wind resistance. Properly attached tile and high-wind rated shingles also perform well. The right choice depends on your home, your HOA and your budget, and we walk through all three with you.
HOAs, condos and financing
Do you work with HOA and condominium boards?
Yes. Condominium and HOA roofing is a specialty. We provide the license, insurance and product documentation boards need, present to the board when asked, and schedule building by building so residents are disrupted as little as possible.
Can you help me get HOA approval for my roof?
Yes. We supply the contractor documentation, recommend materials that meet common HOA requirements and help you complete the architectural review application. Read our HOA roof approval guide for the full process.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Renew Financial. The application has no minimum credit score requirement and repayment is added to your property tax bill. The financing is secured by a lien on the property, so read the terms before you sign.
