What are the signs of roof damage?
Water stains on ceilings, granules in gutters, lifted or cracked tiles, missing shingles, sagging areas and daylight in the attic all mean the roof needs a look.
How do I know if my roof needs a repair or a full replacement?
If the damage is localized, a few lifted tiles, a small leak around a vent or a section of missing shingles, a repair is usually the right call.
