That might be a cracked or slipped tile, a lifted shingle, a rusted valley, a failed boot around a vent pipe, or a seam that opened on a flat roof. We write up the fix and the price, and only then do the work.

How do I know if my roof needs a repair or a full replacement?
If the damage is localized, a few lifted tiles, a small leak around a vent or a section of missing shingles, a repair is usually the right call. If the roof is near the end of its life or leaking in several places, replacement is often the better investment. Our free evaluation gives you a straight answer either way.
What should I do if my roof starts leaking during a storm?
Move belongings, put down a bucket and stay off the roof. Wet roofs are dangerous. Once the weather clears, call us and we will get someone out to look at it.
What are the signs of roof damage?
Water stains on ceilings, granules in gutters, lifted or cracked tiles, missing shingles, sagging areas and daylight in the attic all mean the roof needs a look.
